more squat help
Not sure if my knees are getting out far enough? And I am having trouble initating the squat. At the moment, I have been focusing on breaking at my hips. Anybody pointers for the start of the descent are much appreciated.

Descend more slowly. You don't get rewarded for an overly aggressive descent. Make it smoother and drive up from the bottom faster. Your knees are fine.
