    Default Incline bench press for hypertrophy (3x8) on non-bench days?

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Thoughts on adding incline bench on non-bench days...

    I'm already doing dips on my non-bench days, would adding incline bench be overkill?

    It's fine. Do them twice a day, in fact, for even faster results! Any way you want to not do the program correctly is fine with me.
