I would try cutting the depth a little bit shorter. I can see it shoving you down a little too far. Anticipate the hip drive out of the bottom.
143x2 3rd set. I've been trying to focus on keeping tight as i get in and out of the hole as i 've had a bad habit of accelerating to the bottom and therefore letting loose. Anything else i could improve on?

Nah its a Wrange "remake". Shoes are excellent tho!
