Out of pure interest, say a person can standing press 65kgx5x3 what could they do when performing the seated barbell/dumbbell press? Before I started SS I done seated presses with barbell/dumbbells but have never done the exercise since. I used to struggle seated pressing 22.5kg dumbbells and curious as to how increasing my standing press will bring my seated presses up.
