For you and your gumby arms, when you pull with your elbows hyperextended, does the weight straighten out your arms for you?
Should the arms be completely locked when deadlifting and power cleaning or just straight arms, because I feel like completely locking and extending my arms is unsafe cuz its pulling on an already extended joint and could pull out of the socket. My arms bend past parallel a little bit, they can hyperextend a little bit. I guess what I am saying is this, should my arms just be perfectly straight or completely locked past the straight point?
