Squat, Dead, and Bench form checks

I noticed I'm going too low, as well as pretty bad knee cave in. Working to fix that though.

I keep stalling on this lift, and it might be due to a crappy diet. Also noticed some odd horizontal bar movement.

Squat: Toes out more, knees out, and you would probably benefit from a more controlled descent that ends just past parallel.
Bench: You can get a better arch than that.
Deadlift: You need to bring the bar closer to over the mid-foot. This is why the bar starts and ends at different places laterally.
