I pretty much see I am made for bench not ohp. I am still doing nlp ( again after a long stint of summer triathlon fun) and wondering if ditching ohp and doubling up on bench would be so bad. I know you say not to, any chance of a deeper explanation. Can the bench muscles not take 3x a week?
