looking for some feedback on my squat. I am deciding on whether to add a light day in being that I have already reset twice and I'm not happy with the way these look.

I'm going to include two videos the first link is of the third set but as you can tell there were some interruptions and the second one is of my second set thanks.

Well, those are certainly two hard fought sets, for that, nice job.

You could be a little tighter at the bottom, shove your knees a little harder, which might help with your hip drive.

Honestly, without being there, I don't know that I can over you much more than that. If this is after your second reset, I do think a light day is appropriate.

    Thanks, Mac!

Is this any better. I realize that the last rep i kinda bailed out of my hip drive.

Looks about the same to me, another hard fought set. If you can do that for a while, I would keep doing it until I can't. 15lbs a week is better than 10, which is better than 5. At some point you won't be able to, no sense in rushing there.

Thanks for the feedback, I will continue on without light squat day.
