Calling Aussie Sydney-siders for a favour

Hey sydney-siders, I've been wanting to purchase 3 rubber gym mats for my little home gym setup in my bedroom and i found a good place selling them for $27 per mat (1m x 1m x 15mm). Their warehouse is in minchinbury, sydney but for delivery they want to charge quite a hefty price. So i was wondering if there was anyone who would be willing to act as a 'intermediary' and purchase and pick up the mats (15kg in weight each so total is 45kg) and deliver them to my place. I'll pay for the mats and extra to reimburse you for the delivery. I'm in carlingford, so only a 35 minute drive from minchinbury, however being a uni student without a car means it's quite a hassle for me to head out there and pick up the mats. If anyone who lives nearby or wants to help out just give me a PM or post here. Please help out a mate in need

An option which I did back when I had to move house when I was at uni is to look in the paper for utes for sale. Find one nearby and go and check it out, leave your car, wallet etc. for security and say you want to get the ute checked by a mechanic. Drive pick up your mats drop them off, drop the car off and say you will get back to them.

That sounds kind of dodgy but if i indeed find no way around this i may give it a shot. Saves having to pay a crapload for delivery. Any sydney-siders to the rescue?
