Deadlift form check
So I struggle like no other with deadlifts. I can squat more than I can deadlift always have... not sure why either. I also hit depth in my squats here is my very first attempt at 315 squat as a reference. I have pulled 315 in a deadlift but it was so ugly I’d rather not post it. Definitely had massive upper back rounding. Anyway the second link is a video of my deadlifting a set of 3 at 200ish. Any ideas what I can improve on? Thanks so much in advance! I’ve read the books I’ve watched YouTube videos I just can’t deadlift to save my life.
