    Default Deadlift Form Check

This video includes my second and third working set of deadlift. The weight on the bar for the first set shown is 365 and 375 for the second.

Looking for general tips/advice. Thanks in advance!

    Bro,

You are essentially doing touch and go deadlifts, which, given your legal bent, is a misdemeanor around these parts. You are also starting with the bar ahead of your midfoot on almost every rep. Fortunately for you, rehabilitation can be obtained via the sticky, where how to pull from the floor is explained in paragraph seven, subpart B. How to film better form checks is included there, too. Read it. Learn it. Live it. You also don't do a good job of setting your back in extension. Slow down and get the bar in the right place on every rep. Arch your low back and keep it in extension as you drag the bar up your legs. Case closed.
