Watch me fail?
Hey Rip,
This is my first form check as it the first time I had access to a camera to tape my sets. Of course, I went and failed on my 3rd set.
I am 6'3" 199 pounds.
Besides the obvious need to gain weight, I'd appreciate anything else you think I need to work on.
Weight is 270 pounds.
