    580x0 hahahaha just too sore from the show! Grip was dead by now anyway, erectors spent and R hamstring aching and pinched, felt like it was about to pop!

    HERCULES HOLD, done at gym with cable crossover machine.
    Countless holds with 250 and 200/side, revolving 1" handle. As usual, R hand gave out WAY before left on every set
    AB WHEEL, 2 sets of 5. Low back felt pinched after this, maybe I should stop doing these?
    Elliptical, short and very intense
    Got to stare at some nice asian booties at the gym, always makes the experience more enjoyable.
    The one and only Clay Edgin is coming over this weekend, so look forward to some interesting training log updates during and after the weekend...
