Focus on breaking your knees and hips at the same time. It's a little bit jerky.

Bar may be a touch high on your back, but you definitely need to straighten out your wrists.

    Thanks Dienster.....

I've been breaking my hips earlier than my knees because it helps keep my knees from creeping forward.....sort of a mental queue to keep my form proper.

The wrists.....I can't seem to keep my upper back tight enough without doing the narrow tight grip.....I don't get any wrist pain right now, but I am aware that it could start....in which case I'll have to switch my grip.

    Thanks for the comments.

You need to stop with the 'hips first, then knees' at the start of the eccentric phase. It changes the biomechanics of the squat for the worse and you're losing hamstring tension at the bottom. What is the "knee creep" that you're trying to avoid?

Also, you don't seem to be pushing your knees out far enough.

I think I have the knee creep beat......I'll work on 'knees first, then hips'.

    Thanks John.

Dienster, to unfuck knee-slide or a hips-breaking-first habit, it actually helps to think "knees-first" for a little while.
