What happened at 3x5@126?
Hi all,
I've been sitting at 3x5 125lbs on OHP for a while now. I just cant seem to hit 130 3x5. I've tried de-loading but it didn't move. I weigh 185 at 6'0 and my goal is to be a solid 200 by the beginning of next year. I've been doing SS for about 6 months. My other numbers:
Bench: 185 3x5
Squat: 260 3x5
Deadlift : 315x5
Is this a recovery issue? I've gained 5 pounds in the past month and a half or so eating ~4000 a day in an even macro split. Should I try some other programming? Am I being a bitch?
