    Hi all,

    I've been sitting at 3x5 125lbs on OHP for a while now. I just cant seem to hit 130 3x5. I've tried de-loading but it didn't move. I weigh 185 at 6'0 and my goal is to be a solid 200 by the beginning of next year. I've been doing SS for about 6 months. My other numbers:

    Bench: 185 3x5
    Squat: 260 3x5
    Deadlift : 315x5

    Is this a recovery issue? I've gained 5 pounds in the past month and a half or so eating ~4000 a day in an even macro split. Should I try some other programming? Am I being a bitch?

    I suppose I haven't tried microloading yet...

    I hate the word "micro-loading". Adding 1-2# per workout on the press 3 months into linear progression is just sound "loading".

    The days of increasing force production by 4% in a single workout are behind you friend.

    No sir. But forgive me a moment while I fantisize about increasing my press by 4% every workout. I'd be the world's strongest human within 2 months.
