    Alright. Squat feels so much better. The arms and wrists feel so much better. I said I would Deload. Apparently, because I am a goon, that means program weight but just 3x3.

    Yes I know the power clean form was bad. But I felt like the other two were alright. What else am I missing.

    Stop looking at yourself in the mirror. Depth is not there, need to get lower and drive out of the hole.
