Rack pull form check
Hey y'all,
First time / long time. I have been doing mid-shin rack pulls* for the last few months, I'd appreciate any tips / input on my form. Below are vids of 380x3.

*Explanation (if interested) - I have long long legs and a short torso and my back is pretty much horizontal when pulling from the floor. I'm weaker starting from mid shin, but they give my low back a bit of a break - pulling from the floor takes a LOT out of me.

Pulling from the floor takes a lot out of everyone. Doing haltings and rack pulls allows for more training of the deadlift without the recovery issues.
Rack Pulls look good...continue!
