Default Squat Check - 205 lbs

    Hey Coaches,

I used to squat by letting my knees come forward the entire descent and shoot forward even further at the bottom. I was literally bouncing 330lbs off of my knees for a month or two until I developed some pretty awesome patellar tendinitis.

I deloaded and worked on my form. I then developed the problem of basically squatting with vertical shins and I was folding in half to keep my bar path straight.

Now, I think I'm closer to the SS model of the squat but I think I still have some problems to iron out, specifically:

Lumbar flexion, questionable depth, lack of tightness.

    Here's my video:

They don't look bad regarding knee travel.

A little tighter (you really drop to the bottom, but this is largely due to the lack of difficulty of that weight for you), and a little less deep.
