Squat form check
Hey, this is my old thread, it's already closed because I had no time to respond yet.

So I tried to emphasize what Tom said and I can really say my squat improved. It went all those 25 lbs I had to deload up again and it seems like I fixed overextending problems.

I noticed that some reps are higher and some deeper, and I also have to admit that I felt a little bit pushed down by the weight on my last rep, resulting in a little hyperextension on my way back up... but other than that it felt like a great improvement. I hope you can confirm that.

Not too bad. I see a little overextension in your back. Remember, this squat comes from driving up with the hips, not lifting the chest. Indeed, things are improving.
