Mikes starting over log
I am coming back after a layoff and reread Practical Programming so I am going to start over the right way as a Novice with linear progression. I just started competing in powerlifting last year and have a 502 squat, 352 bench, and a 534 deadlift raw in competition. I plan on competing again in May so its time to get serious.
First one
Squat
340 3x5
Bench
255 3x5
Pull ups 5,4,3
GHR 6,6,4
