    So the weight is right back to 63kg. I'm still not catching it properly, but I believe I've corrected the pulls and the jump. I can get in the catching position, just can't seem to get my elbows up until the bar is in my hands!

    The bar is slowing down at the mid thigh. Make it go faster through there. The mid-thigh is not a place to touch and stop, but a place to explode through. The bar is not caught in the hands. Commit to catching it on your shoulders. Release your grip and let the bar roll into your fingertips as you rack.
