    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Had two month-long layoffs between December and March, which have set me back. Now crawling back up on LP. Squats seem pretty grindy this time back through. Anyhow, my video:

    Knees seem stable (not sliding), but I think I only barely manage to hit depth, and is my back doing something weird? No pain or discomfort anywhere, at least.

    It's not bad. You are a little vertical in your decent. When you drive your hips you find the correct back position. Reach back with your hips initially to find the correct back position and decent through the rep. Keep adding weight and working it.
