I've been tweaking my deadlifts for the few weeks. I'm still seeing some slight rounding. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

You aren't rounding much and you could probably remove what little rounding you do have by setting up closer to the bar. Those awful plates may necessitate you letting go of the bar and resetting so that your shins are one inch from it on every rep. Right now, you drop your butt a little too low and I suspect you would be tighter with a more textbook setup. Encourage your gym to get some round plates.
