Hi, last time I posted my major problem was that on the ascent I was shoving my hips back instead of up. I think I corrected that but I'm going down pretty deep in order to make sure I go below parallel (which I hadn't been doing some). I'm having trouble gaining the body awareness to go below parallel but not go so deep. Any feedback you have is appreciated.

    Knees.

TUBOW for you my friend. Keep those knees in contact for as long as possible during the ascent. Someone has taught you to get on your heels instead of staying on the mid foot. Watch your barpath, it's not a nice straight line because you are shifting the balance throughout the rep.

I'm not sure, but you MAY have your toes turned out pretty far, but that is not the problem to be addressed first, just an observation. Get your weight centered over the middle of the foot, keeping that barpath as vertical as possible.
