    Default Coach Horn, broke the first rule of "squat-club" please help!

    Hi coach horn,

    previously you'd help me fix my knee slide issue in the squat. i worked hard at it, and during a deload of sorts was able to, up to two weeks ago add weight on volume and intensity day up to 335x5v & 365x5i. From there, i have been able to add to V day, BUT i have broken the first rule of squat-club that i had not since i first did the program right a couple of years ago, i've squatted high on intensity day -today very much so.

    Would you keep V day the same for a few weeks and then deload I day to rebuild confidence and proper feel for depth again? What else would you recommend, is it even worth it to try and taper starting with triples/doubles to see if that helps break the mental barrier? If you deem video necessary i can upload and add here later.

    Don't be dramatic. You squatted high; don't do that. Try your intensity day again and hit proper depth. Don't change anything until you do that.
