    I'm 20 5'10 170ish, I'm gonna be a senior accounting major, I play tennis for my school and I'm tryna get jacked

    Monday
    Squats 3x5 305
    Bench 3x5 190
    Deadlift 1x5 420

    Wednesday
    Squats 3x5 310
    OHP 5x3 130
    Power Cleans 5x3 175

    Friday
    Squats 3x5 315
    Bench 3x5 195
    Deadlift 1x5 435

    Tuesday 6/1/10
    Squats 3x5 320
    OHP 5x3 135

    Thursday 6/3/10
    bathroom scale in the morning: 173.5
    Squats 3x5 325
    Bench 4,4,3, 200 piss!

    Powercleans: 2, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1 @ 190 i suck

    Declines situps 2x5 @ 40 lbs

    KEEP CLOSE GRIP ON SQUATS

    Wore my Batman shirt and listened to the Mortal Kombat techno remix the whole time. I felt like the fucking man.

    Ha thanks but I'm really not too strong. But some day I will be jacked. And I was maintaining with the same weights over and over during the tennis season the last few months but now I'm restarting the novice program and eating to gain weight. I'm missing a few reps here and there though, but I highly doubt that my linear progression is over when I'm still only in the 170's

    Bench Press 5, 4.9999999, 4 @ 200 moving up to 202.5 next time
    Deadlift 1x4 @ 460 moving up to 465 next time
