Ha thanks but I'm really not too strong. But some day I will be jacked. And I was maintaining with the same weights over and over during the tennis season the last few months but now I'm restarting the novice program and eating to gain weight. I'm missing a few reps here and there though, but I highly doubt that my linear progression is over when I'm still only in the 170's
