Help with Deadlift
Hi Andy. I'm having trouble getting my deadlift past 375X5 for several weeks.
I was thinking about moving them to Friday for just one heavy single and add SLDL on Monday. What do you suggest?
My current program is the standard Texas Method with deadlift on Monday.

Change deadlift to ID. That might unstick it just by itself. Otherwise, start rotating in a heavy single every other week (NOT a 1rm) and follow that up with SLDL for 2x5. On alternate weeks, keep trying to DL 1x5.
