    Coach,

I have a two week old and a two year old at home. I've been away from training from two weeks and am ready to get back to it. Recovery will be hard from lack of sleep. I'm sure you know what it's like.

I'm mostly concerned with time. I've got windows of about 75 minutes, but I have been doing SS novice LP and am/was to the point where I needed 6-7 minutes between squat sets and 5 minutes between OHP sets. DL warmup was taking awhile so as not to gas myself for the workset.

I'm thinking a Monday SQ and OHP/BP, Wednesday DL/PC and OHP/BP, Friday SQ and OHP/BP program until time loosens up. I know it's NDTP, but I'm just trying to gain what I can or at least not lose anything.

    I'm male, 41, 5'11", 210 lbs.

    Current worksets:
    SQ 265
    OHP 137.5
    BP 185
    DL 295
    PC 110

Sorry for the longer post. Any advice you might share is much appreciated.

Yep, sounds good. Should be able to get this done in 60-75 minutes
