    Default Performance Bar Could Keep Recruits from Breaking Bones

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Looks like skinny-fat millennials can't hack basic without a high injury rate. The military is now introducing a bar that will help strengthen bones. That's all well and good but they should also introduce the barbell.

    LOL! Or maybe they could just raise the required physical requirements, instead of bringing in weak recruits. Smh...it's not like Air Force and Army basic is that physically demanding.
