Hey, Rip. I decided after a year of training to man up and do a linear progression. How many pounds to gain per week on an LP? I am a 15 year old boy, 5'11", 165 lbs. My lifts are a 280x5x3 squat, 305x5x1 deadlift, and a 155x5x3 bench. I also know I should gain more per week in the beginning than in the end, but what do you think?
