Knee pain
Coach Rip,
I'm beginning to experience a little pain on the lateral (outside) part of my left knee when performing low-bar & front squats. Since this is likely due to improper form -- as opposed to inherent injuries associated with the lifts themselves -- I'm wondering what corrective measures I can take?
Is foot positioning? Not pushing my knees out? Posterior chain issues (LB squat)?
The pain hasn't yet hindered my lifting progress; but I suppose it could be problematic when in fact I start going heavier ( > 340 lbs).

It's very difficult to figure out where your form problems are without a video.
