Inspired by narvaez senior post my noob post will shorter
First I am a noob but I know a lot for 2 years of trainig ..g.g.brhas you follow me?
1. Starting strenght hahahaha not good. reason : low reps and it treats people too harsh this guy the inventor says that you don't eat enough everywhere i read ...no before after i could find so sucky after.........too much one size fits all.
2. Squat - bad for tall people.....BAD .....bad for spine. Midgets go squat....
3. Deadlift DOES NOT BUILD MUSCLE. Too much effort for too little grattitude bakc....you pay 100 dollars you get shit for it.
4. Bench < Dips
6. Powerlifting sucks. I sued to like it brah but it sucks to me know - boring,.....n o dynamics.........like senior narvaez said too muhc MASTURBACION
7. I don't give shit how much you squat.
8. People don't realize no money in powelrifting.
