Before I begin I want to give you all some background. I have been working out and training since I was a kid. I am 25 years old and 6' tall. I just started working out hard again this summer with "Dave working towards justified intermediate." Currently, I am trying to gain 20 pounds of muscle within the next 18-24 months. I live a pretty crazy lifestyle. I am a full-time graduate student, married and have a full-time job that demands quite a bit of my time. Therefore, trying to eat enough calories in one day is always a struggle. However, I have started to increase my eating over this past month and have actually put on some (maybe 2 pounds) weight. My goal is to go from 180 to 200. My body-type is an ectomorph, so gaining any kind of weight is tough.

I don't know why i am having difficultly with this lift. I should be doing more weight and for more reps. the weight is not too heavy, I just don't have the energy to keep lifting it.

This was a really good day for me. I did the same number of reps at 280 that I did last week at 265 and my form was better. i stayed more tight during the lift.

Yes, your Monday Squat was solid. Ten reps at 100lbs over your BW is a good way to end your 4th cycle. Six months and another 15lbs of BW will get that quite a bit higher.

GOMAD, if it isn't whole milk will definitely help.
