Thanks for the help before. I've gotten better at dropping down instead of feeling with my ass. haha. I think I'm getting lower. Please tell me if these look good. I appreciate the replies.

At least in the third set it looked like you were leaning your torso forward before actually descending.

Yes. I noticed that. I'm trying to get my butt out because I hurt my back when I didn't do it and my back would round. I may be overdoing it. It's much more comfortable when I squat now though which is good. Thanks.

Your knees is caving inward. I see your lifting inner foot instend lifting with the heels look like is rolling. Try narrow your stance about shoulder width. Also i think your shoes is crap sorry! try get another shoe it might help.

Thanks. So feet in, knees out. The reason I put my stance so wide is that I have trouble keeping my back in extension with a narrower stance. Again, I could be overcompensating as I also seem to do while trying to get my ass out.

As for the shoes, it was my understanding that the all-stars were reasonable shoes for performing squats. They are flat with hard soles. Am I mistaken?

Also, how is depth? I think I remember reading in SS that narrowing the stance will help depth, but like I said, I have trouble keeping a ridged spine, and wider stance seems to help.

    Thanks for all comments.
