    Hey guys. New powerclean vid at 63kg. Hopefully it's better and seems more like a set of 3 instead of 3 singles and the bar path is more vertical coming off the floor.

    Are there any particular drills to get faster elbows? Or is it just a mental cue thing? And is my bench ok?
