    I lowered my hips due to some recommendations. Not sure if it's too low. Video below (Warning: guy in a wifebeater tank and white karate pants -- aka don johnson attire)

    All the makings of a super-douchey deadlift party! Nice work, compadre.

    Next time, right before you pull, squeeze your hamstrings (behind your knees) really really hard and hold it while you initiate the lift. You need to anchor your back angle.
