OHP, yeah you know me
First form check for OHP...am currently sick with a cold, may explain the failed rep (rested 5 min between). I went 4, 4, 4 for reps today, first time hitting the wall.

This is a bad angle to review this lift. From http://startingstrength.com/resource...ue-forum.html: "PRESS 1) Shot best from the front quarter. Need to be able to see the lockout position, and the entire body at least from the knees up."
From the view in the in the mirror, it appears your grip is too wide, as it looks like your forearms are not vertical; but that may be a distorted view. Try to be more aggressive with the hip movement so you can get a better bar bounce. You might try a slightly wider stance and see how it works, something between what you have now and your squat stance.

Thanks Dave. Camera angle isn't ideal for sure, I didn't notice until after I shot it and this was my third set. I'll get a better angle next time.
