    You are definitely coming up with your hips first, which causes you to lean even further forward/down, and causes back rounding, and then after that you are bringing the back up. Try to focus on, from the squeezed tight bottom position, rising up in the back and the hips simultaneously. You are losing lumbar tightness after your setup because you're driving your hips up without lifting the bar.

    Are you sure you watched the videos OP posted?

    I think my hips were coming uo VERY slightly priorvto my back.

    Squeeze harder. Chest up. Show your nipples to the wall. Arch your low back harder. Otherwise pretty solid. Next time film from a little further away - it would be helpful to see your feet/setup
