Any idea on the minimum number of registrants? With the location I'm a little concerned about generating enough attendance. (Based on Rip's prior comments and the fact that the STL event was cancelled.)

Its an absolutely unbelievable seminar. If there is any chance you can make it, or if you are considering it at all, you should absolutely sign-up. You won't regret it! Where else can you go to learn how to perform and coach the lifts PERFECTLY, while learning how to achieve your aesthetic, strength, and health goals in the shortest amount of time possible? Plus you get to hang out with Rippetoe, which is pretty cool in and of itself - not to mention Karl and I. :-)
