Default Training with a hurt sacroiliac joint

    Dear Coach,
I have some lower back since 4 weeks. Now I figured out that it is a blockage (that's what it's called in Germany) of the sacroiliac joint. I can't squat and deadlift heavy. I tried to but the pain gets worse and worse.
    I'm on a Split Routine:
Monday: Press 5x5, Chins and Dips
Tuesday: Squat 5x5, Power Cleans and so on
Thursday: Bench 5x5, pull ups, Press
Friday: Max Effort Squat and Dynamic Effort Deadlift alternating with Max Effort Deadlift and Dynamic Effort Squat

What can I do while I get my physical therapy? Is the leg press (5x5) an alternative or should I just squat at low to moderate intensity and high volume to keep my strength?

    Thank you!

    Alex
