SS off days ?
Would it screw things up for a novice,if on Tu/Th (off days)the following was done? Tumbling,PNF, Speed/Agility ,Box Jumps and Conditoning. Would it also be too much to work Wt Abs , Glute Ham Raises, grip and dips on the 3 working days? Thanks for your help.

Tumbling is fine, but a little gay.
PNF stretching is fine
True speed work (sprints) will screw with squat progress. Also you need to get it through your head that a significant increase in squat strength IS speed training. If you really want to do them, a few sprints on Saturday is appropriate, but not Tues/Thurs
Agility work: ladders, dot drills, mini hurdles etc could be done on off days
Box Jumps: see speed training
Conditioning: Saturdays: Sprints, shuttle runs, or Prowler work. Lay off during the week.
None of the other stuff is necessary if you are doing the program.
