I have the single prong 10mm athlete belt from bestbelts. It is great. 13mm might be what a big guy needs. You'd have to ask them. I think dean will discuss with you which belt would be best.
I'm a 50 year old guy, so get off my grass. I'm 6'4" 250 and when I just completed the Seminar in Asheville and it was a very good investment. I'm looking for a weightlifting belt. Since I'm in NC Best Belts looks good to me. There are a lot of choices, how do I narrow it down to what I need?

I've bought two BestBelts so far. I measured wrong on the first one. Both belts are royal blue and beautifully made. If you measure 55", let me know. I'll give you a great deal on it. But, you won't.
I've heard that BestBelts are great. I have an Inzer Forever 10mm single prong.....see here: http://www.inzernet.com/detail_belt....LTS_BUCKLE10MM
It really is built to last forever...and you will have to be patient as it will take a while to break it in. But if you're 50 you've probably developed some patience like me.
Sending Dean a check today. Thanks for recommending him.
I really like my Schiek Competition Power Belt. Not cheap at $70, but it feels great. Don't really recall any break-in being necessary. Plus I believe they're made here in Wisconsin, USA, which is a plus.
How do you order a Best Belt?
