    I just wanted to remind everyone out in Phoenix, AZ that Weights & Plates is now open and located near Sky Harbor Airport at the following address:

    4610 S 35th St Ste 103
    Phoenix, AZ 85040

    And probably most important, it's run by Robert Santana, MS, RD, SSC. Robert has provided me with invaluable guidance over the last several years, through in person coaching and via email.     Best of luck to you on this Santana! Also, how do we get you over to Houston for a Nutrition workshop? It would really help me dispel some misinformation with my current membership. Hope all is well.

    Terrific Robert. Congratulations on the opening of your gym. It obvious from your instagram posts that you've put your heart and soul into it, and the results look spectacular! It will certainly be on my list to visit when I eventually get over to the States. Well done mate.
