My name is Jordan and I'm new to SS. I worked out with kitten smash in high school and have been off and on working out since. I finally decided it's time to start really working at it. I've been hitting it hard 3 times a week for the last month. I started out around 220lbs and 5'9", I'm already up to around 230.

Initially my lifts for 3x5 were:
    Squat 385
    Bench 295
    Deads 330
    Press 150
    Cleans-just started learning

    5/10

Squat/deads felt good, bench felt awesome. Used a belt for the first time and 330 felt light. Stoked.

    Squat 3x5@410
    Bench 3x5@330
    Dead 3x5@365

    5/12

Finally figuring out the press and am really liking it. Got my grip figured out and it's been going easier since. Still having a tough time with the clean, I'm taking it really slow, kitten smash is trying to help me out.

    Light squat 3x5@330
    Press 3x5@180
    Clean 5x3@135

Well it's about damn time you kept a training log. See, forums aren't that complicated.
    Oh yeah, nice bench, asshole.

Kitten did you trick your friend into doing higher volume on DL so you'd outlift him? :P

I think I must have the worst clean form possible. I'm working on it with kitten smash. I don't want to add alot more weight until I nail the form. I'll get it soon. Can't wait. Presses are feeling really good. I know I can lift more but I'm sticking with the program. Squatted light, going heavy Friday.

    Light squat-1x5@135 1x5@200 1x5@245 1x2@295 3x5@330

    Press-1x5@135 1x5@155 1x5@175 3x5@190

    Clean- 3x3@95 3x3@135 3x3@145

You surpassed my 3X5 Press, dick. I may not be able to catch your bench, but I'll sure try to keep my 1RM press ahead of yours, haha. Maybe you should stop pressing and stick to bench.
