    Default Bench Press Form - Bad Habit

    I just started working out with weights again. I read the book and I'm on my 5th week. My question is simple...when I bench heavier weights I tend to bring my elbows in towards my rib cage and push up at an incline towards the top of my head. This only happens as the reps become more difficult and I can't seem to break the habit. Any suggestions?

    Suggestions? Yeah, stop doing this. Your brain controls your muscles, don't let them forget that.
