Deadlift form check please
I'm looking for some feedback on my form as I progress through my LP. Specifically, it appears like my mid-back is slightly rounded. Is that right or is it OK? Any other issue with my pulls? Thanks!

You push the bar a little bit forward when you squeeze up, and then don't get all the way SQUOZE. Keep the bar pinned to your shins as you squeeze, and squeeze up harder so your whole back gets into extension. Hold that squeeze as you pull the bar off the floor.
Additionally, set your eyes on a specific point on the floor, about 10-15 feet in front of you. Don't take your eyes off that spot for the whole set. If you have to look back down at the bar or your stance to see if you're in the right place between reps, look back at that spot before you squeeze up, and keep your eyes on it till at least the bar is back down on the floor at the end of the rep.
