    Coach's I tried hard to get a good angle on this for you, but the rack backs up right to the wall. Let me know if this works. Please excuse the lack of t-shirt.

    6'3" - 275lbs

    415lb x 5 - 3rd set

    Is my angle closed enough?
    The elbows dropping on descent an issue here?

    You handled the 415 like a light weight. Nice work. This is filmed from too high and too much to the side to say some things for sure. It looks like your knees may be going too far forward. Your elbows are definitely dropping, too. I would say the right place for your elbows would be about halfway between where you start and where the elbows end up. Sit back a little more. Strong squats, man.
