Hey,

I posted squat videos about a week ago and you never responded. Upon further viewing of my videos I noticed that my form was still terrible and it wasn't even worth your time to tell me why. Sorry, and thanks for not embarrassing me on here... hopefully I'll be able to post some new/better videos soon.

I'm going on vacation for a week and will be unable to use a gym. I still want to work out and not be screwed over when I hit the gym after vacation. What should I do? CF workouts? Thanks.
