As I sit here I don't know if I'll ever be able to squat again. I hurt my back yesterday while still warming up, and can't get out of a chair right now by myself. I think I messed up a disk. Going to the doctor today.
On Lortab and muscle relaxers right now, and not even making a dent in the pain.
