    Hi coaches.
I've been struggling with the DL for a while now, not being able to keep my low back straight, and for the past couple of weeks I was lifting every workout, determined to fix it so I can move along with the program (as Andy suggested me in the Programming forum).
I think/hope that I got it....Here's a video of 245lbs x 5. I'm thinking that there's a slight rounding in the last rep, but It's much better than what I was doing before.
Hope to get more critic from you guys, and if my lift is kind'a okay, should I go back to the basic SS adding PC as well?
    Thanks again!

The camera is so low on the ground that it is tough to say for sure. You don't appear to be going into severe flexion, however. Stop pinching your shoulders back before you pull. Put some tension in your arms and allow your shoulders to assume the position the would naturally. Something that will help your deadlift and the strength of your back is putting on some muscular body weight.

Thanks Tom..I've been working on that food thing..just finished a nice steak
You think I should continue to work on the deadlift every workout or going back to the regular PC/DL split?

I'd probably alternate between the deadlift and power clean.
